Step 1.
Inspect unit (generator, gas line, and liquid aerosol reagent). Make sure aerosol switch is OFF.
Step 2.
Attach hose adapter to back of unit.
Step 3.
Attach hose.
Step 4.
Fill unit. Press purge before filling, and replace cap when finished.
Step 5.
Connect inert gas. NEVER use compressed air or other flammable gas.
Step 6.
Turn on main power.
Step 7.
Wait for ready light to turn green. Output collar will be hot; do not touch.
Step 8.
Adjust metering valve 2 turns counter clockwise to start flow. Once started, adjust as needed.
Note: To achieve full output, turn the metering valve clockwise at a rate not to exceed two turns per minute. A rapid increase in aerosol output will result in a wet aerosol.
Step 9.
Turn aerosol ON. Unit will produce aerosol in about 10 seconds.
Step 10.
Shut down after use. Turn aerosol OFF, close metering valve, and turn power OFF. Turn of inert gas and press purge button to depressurize system. Disconnect cables and hoses, and allow generator to cool.
