Changing Liquid Aerosol Reagent

Step 1.

Drain reservoir.

Step 2.

Remove fill cap.

Step 3.

Turn unit ON and allow it to reach operating temperature.

Step 4.

Connect inert gas and turn gas ON.

Step 5.

Turn aerosol switch ON.

Step 6.

Turn metering valve fully counter clockwise.

Step 7.

Purge unit. When finished, there will only be inert gas flowing.

Step 8.

Shut down unit. Turn aerosol OFF, close metering valve, and turn power OFF. Turn OFF inert gas and press purge button to depressurize system. Disconnect cables and hoses, and allow generator to cool.
